Rakta snuck in Monday morning and was already busy before Keya got out of bed. Late last night Rakta compiled a list of quests she has to finish in order to get to the quest that will get the lock picking skill. Here is the list:

PS - It looks like Rakta can get as far as 20 quests until she encounters the Halls of Valor, the first required dungeon run.
Chaitee was up early as well, counting coins. Business was very brisk on Sunday.
