So How's the Fishing?

So How's the Fishing?

Well, Wild hasn't gotten around to doing much fishing. In fact, another obstacle stands in his way. It appears that Wild can only carry one type of rare bait on his person at any given time. That doesn't sound like a problem. Well, Wildshard doesn't have a guild, so he has to carry everything he owns with him. That very nice 36 slot fishing bag has lots of different types of fish in it. No wonder Wild hasn't been fishing up any rare bait or fish. He'll just have to figure something out. Chaitee has been doing some clean up in the Bank and offered to hold on to Wild's fishing catch when Wild needs to store them. Chaitee found a dusty closet perfect for the task - ie, a closet that would keep the odor of fish away from the customers.

Wild has done a lot better killing things across the spectrum. He was awarded a second i910 piece of gear (leggings, this time, to go with his helmet) and has raised his gear score again from i889 to i893. Both upgrades came from gathering veiled argunite. As of this afternoon every rock of veiled argunite in Argus has been mined by Wild. Wild will have to wait for more to turn up.

On a special note, Wild is extra happy that Wild can shift into cat form and then disappear. Wild can scamper just about anywhere while stealthed and nobody bothers him unless he wants to be bothered. Crowds of mobs, eh, they hardly notice Wild. Elite demons? Their eyes are tiny, and they never notice him. Wild was cautious at first, but he quickly realized that he'd have to run into something before anyone would care.

Even invasion points are getting a little routine already, based on the four that Wild has participated in so far. The first couple of stages are pretty easy to manage even when short of players. The final stage is the tough one. Wild acquits himself well, but there is never enough healers and Wild has died in all of them. No matter, just revive and go back at it where you left off.

The Greater Invasion Points? Well, Wild attempted one and that was a nightmare. Wild never even got to the battle because the area is a minefield of elites and other goons. Going stealth won't work in invasions and are hard to manage even then because of the numbers of bad guys.

What Wild really wants to know is when will the gods of WoW grant him a legendary! Keya has two! Belt and shoes, both i970. Actually, Keya has three legendaries if she counts her Underlight Angler.
