Six Days 'Till Launch
Chaitee is in some ways happy that her work at the Auction House will be closed when the great RV Trip to the East coast and back begins on May 30th. We will be gone for a month. Chaitee has been straining to keep the gold coming, but things are not going well on that front. Too many players dumping too many goods at prices that only 'bots can afford. Chaitee fought hard to push frostweave bag prices to 325 gold each, only to see a dump of hundreds at 225g. Chaitee manueavered a major push for Satchels at 578g (a price already lowered) only to see two dozen satchels now selling at 500g.
These bidders and buyers have no finesse and no sense of proper etiquette. Sorry state of affairs. Chaitee will get a boon at the end, though. The mailbox is holding over 50 high priced items that will all be cashed in when the AH is closed down for the trip.
In the meantime, Wild will continue his fishing and occassional runs into Argus until we cast off our lines and head out on our adventure. We'll have our dog, Shela, our two best cats, Jason and Jonesie, and the two 6 month old little ones, Scout and BB.
Our next door neighbor has the really hard part - taking care of the pets still at home while we're gone.

Is you wife ever going to update her blog with all the cats/dogs and what ever else you have picked up? Need to know how everyone is doing.
ReplyDeleteHey Martin! She Judi keeps saying that she will get it done but she's one of those busy people that always has ten things going at the same time. I will note that our eldest cat, Jezibel, has passed away as has her last kitten, Lexi. Both had reached age 18 when they died. We now have two new kittens, Scout and BB.
