Coming out of mothballs and shaking off the dust, the Alliance Guild Tea Green is officially back in business! The guild has been all but shut down for the past two years. With all due respect to the guild leader, Hcab, the absence and long layoff required emergency action to restore the guild to active status.

The official process from Blizzard on how to assume command is called Dethroning. Only guildies with at least a top 3 rank can take charge of a guild, and only after 90 days have passed without any activity. Javajoo took that step today (Monday) and assumed leadership of the guild.

The current roster shows that there are twelve guildmates. Java has assured all guildies that those who wish to remain in the guild are welcome to stay. Java has also retained the titles granted to the various ranks. Java's guild title is now called Zen Master (Rank 1). His four lieutenants, Sistaphilia, Chaitee, Alwayslost, and Neekia receive the title of Tea Drinker (Rank 2). The rest of the guild personnel, all of which have been out of touch for two years, retain the rank of Bus Boy until they return to service.

Tea Green assets include large stocks of materials that have seen better days. In fact, the bank vault is overflowing with stuff. Java formally opened the Reagent Bank with a payment of 100g to help ease the storage space. There are only four bank tabs active, so one of the more important duties will be to work on purchasing additional bank tabs. Java was stunned, to put it mildly, when the bank told him he had just over 16,000 gold he could draw from. Hcab himself or his money person did a fine job maintaining the guild bank. A more nefarious pursuit of "commerce" between Tea Green and the horde Order of the Dragon guild should also bring additional resources to help Tea Green grow stronger.

Java and Chaitee will have to carry the early burden, and that entails hitting the leveling trail. Java has an odd pair of professions, Mining and Skinning, obvisously designed for leveling and gathering. Young Chaitee, level 21, also has gathering professions - Mining and Herbs. Sista will not be able to help until she can move to the second account.
