Keya opened the second rank of what she thought was her second of four ranks on the Wheel, adding Lingering Ordeal at the price of ten million AP. Only then did she notice that the rank wasn't a 1/1, but 1/4!  Keya thought she could fill the wheel with two more ranks. Instead, she still has to complete five more. Her next rank will cost 13 million AP.

No progress on her other issues. She still can't slot her third relic and the problem quest/mission is still broken. She took a chance and opened the problem mission with only a 50% chance of success and hope she gets lucky. There is some good news. She'll gain two more research documents in a couple of days that should ramp up the amount of AP she gets per quest. Another good news item is she is actively working on the missions she does have and her combat ally, Kayn Sunfury, has improved her gear to i795, highest among her followers.

Rank Changes - Keya added an upgraded relic (from i855 to i860) although the spells on it were different. I had read somewhere the most important thing was the ilevel of the relic, not the stats. Well, when Keya inserted the new relic, the ranks changed.
For example, Embrace the Pain, which was a filled rank of 3/3, is now 3/4. Getting a new rank is a good thing, but I was surprised. Other changes:

Infernal Force now 3/4
Shatter the Souls 3/4
Firy Demise  5/6
Aldrachi Design  3/4
Aura of Pain 3/4

So now there are SIX more ranks to earn, in addition to the five ranks on the Wheel. So, eleven more ranks to earn AP for. Does this ever end? Is the acquistion of AP endless? Frankly, that's a little overwhelming. The next rank costs 13 million.

One wonders what Almond's next rank will cost her (assuming she still has unfilled ranks)? And what AP she typically gets from world quests. Or do I really want to know? Bye the way, Keya took a peek at Almond's gear. Wow, averaging around i900 it looks like. Keya is at i870.
