The Emerald Nightmare Once Again

The Emerald Nightmare Once Again

The Argus work doesn't keep Keya fully engaged, so she is taking a break to again try to figure out all the messy pieces Keya has made of her quests and achievements. She is also throwing in her frustrations with Pathfinder Part One (yes, still not done, don't laugh! Grrr.). So this may take awhile.

Let's start with the Emerald Nightmare
The Emerald Nightmare raid has been unlocked. Keya will again be welcome to raid there. She returned to Meredil and met with Valewalker Farodin. He had a quest ready called "Redemption for the Fallen" and Keya got 1.1 billion AP which completed the quest. She made ready for another crack at the Emerald Nightmare raid.

Keya is focused on one thing. Get to Xavius, kill him (again) and take the purified life essence that should be visible on the tree stump next to Cenarius. I hope Keya doesn't screw this up again. If she waits too long after Xavius is killed Cenarius will fade and she won't get it.

Keya was ready to rumble Friday, but a larger problem nixed that plan. Complications with a pregnant feral cat who had to have surgery is going to keep us busy. We lost two unborns we had hoped to save, but at least we saved the mother. She is on the mend from surgery and we'll release her in a few days. So Keya's shot at the Emerald Nightmare had to be postponed until later in the afternoon.

Free again, Keya called on the Group Finder. Keya signed up just for the Rift af Ahn part of the raid. The wait was not a long one, and Keya entered the raid. Keya is still a novice raider, but she was sure the designated tank usually takes control of the raid. This time there didn't seem to be anyone running things. Keya, having seen the raid a few times now, started tagging bad guys and killing them off. Things gelled then and the raiders swept through the instance and tackled Xavius. Down he went, for the fourth time. Keya went immediately to Cenarius and found the tree stump with the purified essence and grabbed it. Job done. Finally. Keya was more relieved than happy. She'd finally gotten it done after all those false starts.

Of course, with every success comes a new challenge:
Speaking of Pathfinder Part One (PP1)

Keya's progress has been slowed by several long quest threads, primarily the Leyline Bling quests, which never seemed to end. Keya went back and forth between Suramar and Meridil a million times. She hates that dank cave where Thyrssa huddles. All of those quests have been completed.

Keya followed that success with a very long series of quests including "A Growing Crisis" and "A Change of Seasons." Completing those earned Keya the "A Good Suramaritan" achievement. Believe me, that is a huge success for Keya.

All that is left to complete PP1 now is the Demon Hunter Class Order Campaign. She will take that on another day.

PS - As for the secret? Wrong answer
